High-Efficiency Drum Twister for Large Power Cable Stranding

The Drum Twister is a key piece of equipment for stranding large-length and large-section power cables, as well as Milliken conductors. With a production speed generally above 30 m/min, it offers significantly higher efficiency compared with conventional stranding machines. The take-up bobbin can reach up to 4000 mm in diameter, greatly expanding the production range while improving overall output. Depending on process requirements, the pay-off bobbins can rotate synchronously or remain stationary to achieve back-twist or non-back-twist operation.
