The 630/1+6 high-speed tubular stranding machine produced by LINTTOP has been upgraded in design based on the ordinary tubular stranding machine. 6B stranding body is adopted in this machine. Since only the stranding body rotates, it is light in weight and has a small rotation radius. Therefore, the speed can reach a very high level, with the maximum operating speed reaching 700 r/min（700rpm）. The production efficiency is about 1.5 times that of ordinary tubular stranding machines.
The three sections of the stranded body are supported by three sets of short cylindrical roller bearings of the same model (including three sets of the same large bearing seats). This kind of structure is conducive to the equipment to maintain stability and high accuracy under high-speed running conditions for 24 hours a day.
The window is always facing up after the stranding body stops automatically for easy loading and unloading of bobbins. The bobbin stand is an end-shaft structure, and the upper and lower wheels in the body are easy and quick to load and unload, with low labor intensity and short bobbin changing time, which can increase the effective equipment running time.
If the swing and tilt of the wire rack exceeds the set value, the machine will automatically issue an alarm and shut down, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of flywheel accidents of the spool.
