The 13-die individual motor-driven rod breakdown machine independently developed by LINT TOP can be used to draw copper wire, aluminum wire and aluminum alloy wire. It precisely controls the rotating speed of each motor through the electrical system, thus realizing different compression ratio, to satisfy the wire drawing processes of different material. This machine is characterized by excellent production elasticity, and can be used for different applications.

It has a brand new gray and white color scheme. The optimized layout and simpler operation interface make daily operation and maintenance easier.

The machine is a newly developed individual motor-driven machine based on traditional mechanical wire drawing machines, with a total of 13 drawing die sets. Compared with mechanical wire drawing machines, the production performance of this machine is 30%-40% faster, with a maximum mechanical speed of 1800 m/min. It also has the advantages of high productivity, energy saving, environmentally-friendly, and low noise.
